*Please note - while we love and appreciate all of our vendors and small businesses, we only have so much space! Vendors applications do undergo a selection process. If your application is not accepted for this market, don’t worry! We will have plenty more opportunities to join the fun in the future. :)

 Our spaces are thoughtfully created to fulfill your versatile needs, from meetings or celebrations (big and small), to film and photography shoots or creative events. Indie can help bring your vision to life.

Available Spaces

Lobby + Courtyard + Hanging Gardens

Our beautiful entry-way is adorned with ambient landscaping and outdoor seating and leads into a welcoming lobby and hanging gardens area, perfect for small gatherings, intimate talks, readings, happy hours, networking events, or as an add on to meetings.

The Reference Library

Inviting & inspiring, cozy & comfy, semi-private with floor to ceiling book cases featuring art & design books. Please note this room is fully “analog.”

All meeting rentals include:

• Access to all shared spaces, including our beautiful front garden & courtyard, skylit Lobby, Post Up Bar, and Kitchenette

• Fast & Free WiFi

• Complimentary parking (first-come, first-served)

• Onsite Community Manager to assist with any A/V troubleshooting, neighborhood recommendations, tours of the facility, and more

Screening Room

Our digital cinema room is approximately 400 square feet and includes a mix of soft seating for up to 20 guests. Additional furniture may be added to increase capacity. A/V includes an 8' long 4.5’ high video wall with a bar cart and old school popcorn machine round out the experience.

Conference + Team Rooms

Our conference and team rooms include Fiber Fast WiFi, a 70" monitor, presentation & video conference capabilities.

• “Imagine” Room with 392 sq ft and includes seating for up to 10 guests

• “Inspire” Room with 460 sq ft and includes seating for up to 14 guests.

• Team rooms are super private, cozy and stylish, with approximately 200 square feet and seating for up to 6 guests

• Access to all shared spaces, including our beautiful front garden & courtyard, skylit Lobby, Post Up Bar, and Kitchenette

• Fast & Free WiFi

Studio L

Studio L is an inspiring blank slate featuring beautiful polished concrete floors, skylights flooding the space with natural light, and 2,311 sq ft to dream up your event. Also includes private entrance via a side porch, easy access to the parking lot, and Post-Up Cafe Bar for food & beverage set-up. Studio L is excellent for large gatherings, pre and post wedding events, holiday parties, milestone celebrations, and company events.

Film & Production

Indie Studios is uniquely designed to become the versatile setting for film, photography, and production projects. Multiple spaces are located within our studios as well as at our sister companies, conveniently located next door.
